He started a new career in Real Estate after 15 years of engineering experiences in oil and gas companies. I have lived in Sugar Land for the past sixteen years where I was an active volunteer with the schools that my children attended as well as various other charities. I did live in "Houston", however, for twenty years prior to that so I am also familiar with the general area. I began my real estate career in 2004 with Delta Realty Group. This has allowed me to work closely with people, which I enjoy doing, helping them to find the home that most suits their needs and wants. My goal is to help you have a pleasant and rewarding experience in selling or purchasing your home.

Maysa Wafai has proudly called the Houston/Sugar Land area home for over 25 years. She graduated from Houston Baptist University with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting. She is also a CPA with an extensive background in accounting and tax. As a REALTOR®, Maysa is extremely focused on details, an attribute buyers or sellers appreciate especially at contract time. She is friendly and outgoing and will endeavor to help her clients in any possible way.
