Nichole is a full-time realtor who specializes in residential real estate and has over 15 years experience in real estate including leasing, property management, marketing, research, and sales assistance. She is excited to join Platinum Woods Realty and to be on the inside as new ideas are emerging and the company continues to grow through its expertise and knowledge of what works. Nichole enjoys taking a direct, hands-on approach with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires and uses the latest internet technology and tools to market and find homes at an expert level. Hello! Well thank you for taking the time to find out more about me. I have many interests and the main one is real estate. I was raised up on ranch about 3 hours from Austin and opened my first business there when I was 25. I have always been an entrepreneur and enjoy the puzzle pieces to make it work. I moved to Austin and opened up another business 7 years ago in January. I love Austin and I want everyone to get the same feeling that I have had living here...So with that being said I got my real estate license and started with a small family feeling brokerage in January of 2016. Yes I am new at this but I have over 100 years of support in my office to help me with anything I need. Plus being new I am eager to find the best deal and make my client the most out of each property.
