Kerri Fedorak

Clients can identify Kerri Karalis by the three “Ds” that distinguish her: Dedication, Diligence and Determination. They might also see her as persistent, conscientious, ethical, and committed. What it all adds up to is that Kerri is a top-notch professional.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kerri was an assistant manager at her father’s trucking company, Karalis Trucking, for 10 years, overseeing day to day operations, managing multiple accounts and contracts, dealing with vendors, and bidding on jobs where good communication and strong negotiation skills were a must – just as they are in real estate.

But, real estate became her true passion from the moment she bought her first piece of land when she was 19. Amazed and pleased with its increasing value over the years, she followed up years later with the purchase of her first home, which she describes as one of the most memorable times in her life. It was then that she realized how much she would enjoy helping people with one of their biggest financial decisions – whether it be buying, selling or investing in real estate.

Always up to date on the most recent technology to better assist her clients, Kerri revels in the one on one relationships that she builds with her clients, walking them through every step of the buying and selling process. A native Houstonian, Kerri is well acquainted with the market areas she serves.

Knowledgeable yet eager to learn, Kerri is guided by what she says is the best piece of advice she ever received – that successful people always listen – something she took to heart and applies every day as she strives to serve her clients’ best interests.

When not showing and selling homes, Kerri cherishes the time spent with her loving husband and two lovely children. She also enjoys going to the gym, connecting with her community, and volunteering with her son’s school and Klein ISD.
